Who can apply for a bad credit phone?

How do I pay for my monthly fee?

You can pay for the monthly fee through one of our payment centers or you can set-up an auto-debit arrangement with your bank. We recommend customers to opt for the latter option to avoid missed or delayed payments and incurring fees in the process.

What happens if I miss or delay a payment?

If you miss or delay a payment, you may incur a fee added to your total monthly fee. If you continue to miss payments for several months in a row, you put your phone contract at risk for a disconnection. Avoid missing or delaying payments by all means so you don’t have to worry about any complications.
